Located in Lawrenceville, South Town Square will be a Low Income Housing Tax Credit apartment development, with 156 rental units on almost 10 acres of land. 

The partners are the Georgia DCA ($29m in LIHTC), the Gwinnett County Community Development Program ($1m in HOME funds), OneStreet Residential, and Truist Bank. The financing is expected to close in June of 2022. Site work will start immediately after the closing, and the estimated completion is 17 months after the notice to proceed.
